The fixed menu dinner is excellent and the service all around the hotel is one of the best we experienced. The attention to details makes a big difference to other properties and the owners are present every step of the way to make our stay enjoyable. The well equipped play room filled the days when snow conditions did not allow us to hit the ski-runs. The shuttle throughout Grindelwald stopping in front of the hotel is very convenient as well as the free entries offered to the Grindelwald Sportcenter (ice skating, pool) to all benefiting of the visitor card are of great value.

One of the highlights is the 800m² 'Fire and Ice Spa,' which includes multiple saunas and an outdoor whirlpool. This spa area was definitely a favorite during my stay. - Rooms: The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities. I particularly appreciated the Nespresso coffee maker, daily restocked minibar, and yoga mats. For those looking for a touch of luxury, some rooms come with private saunas and fireplaces. - Dining: Dining at the on-site restaurant, BG's Grill, was a delight. The breakfast and dinner offerings were excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality food to choose from. - Service: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I was so lucky to have the room just for myself. Otherwise I might not be giving a good review because the beds are next to each other, just like if you are sleeping with that person. So that it would be a bit ackward if you dont know the person.... Amazing view, breakfast, good instalations, fireplace i would definitely go back. But i recomend go in low season, just like now. So no people. Or in a big group in occupy the whole room. You can walk like 15 mins and reach everywhere. Train station, etc. Or take a bus close by that pass each 20 mins.
