Super nice staff. Bedroom was simple but super comfortable and clean. Great size bathroom and warm floor in it was a plus. Little play corner in the reception for the kids. Great breakfast and restaurant. Mr Roger and Mrs Rosa were incredibly warm and helpful as I had an emergency health situation with my husband on the day of checking in. They went above and beyond to help me settle in comfortably with my toddler. Now everything is fine and we will be back in the future in a more relaxed way.

However, upon arrival, we were captivated by the charm of this picturesque town and the extraordinary warmth of its inhabitants. Wow! Where do I begin! When you approach the village you will be in amazement by the Castle of Tarasp that you see set high up on a rocky hill! Then when you arrive at the hotel, it looks like a scene from a fairy-tale! Beautiful flowers everywhere and the structure of the building is very pleasing to the eye! The staff are super friendly and very kind! They will make sure that you are having a wonderful time! I was surprised when I saw my room and the spectacular view from the windows! I had the single room with the four-poster bed and no detail was spared! The architecture in my room was amazing and beautiful woodwork too! The bed even had a remote control so you could sit up or put your feet up! Nice stereo system too! When you look out the windows you see snow capped peaks, a beautiful lake, green pastures and if you stick your head out the window and look to your right, you see the most Amazing view of the medieval Tarasp Castle! There's a beautiful garden filled with flowers located on different levels of the property! When you're walking through the halls, staircase and dining rooms, you will be taken back in time by all of the pictures and alpine memorabilia! The place is just so colorful to look at! There are picturesque hikes all around the quaint little village! Breakfast and dinner were very delicious too! When I come back to this area, I will stay here again! Thanks for making my visit so Spectacular! 😁

We loved everything about the place or palace. The room were very comfortable, the beds were supper and fresh linen and lovely spacious room and bathroom. The breakfast was excellent and chef Pranav was very accommodating and helpful. The surrounding areas is so peaceful and tranquil, you can hear the river running across from the garden. Manager Jasmin was very good, she told us what there was to see nearby, booked us for spa at Bogn Engiadina which was wonderful and exactly what we needed, she even arranged a shuttle car to drop and pick us up. I found Jasmin so helpful and would recommend Scuol Palace to all my friends, she really went the extra mile to make our stay so comfortable and even upgraded our room, thank you Jasmin. All the staff were very helpful Ardi, Eliza in reception and Pranav in the restaurant.

Spacious rooms with lots of storage space, beautiful garden, nice restaurant and friendly staff. The location was good for both cross-country and alpine skiing, and in the summer also for hiking. Plus for the tea corner on the room floor.
