I never got the woman’s name who checked us in and took care of us for our entire stay, but she really was the best. We checked in on 21/8 for 2 nights. We had a delicious meal at the restaurant downstairs. Beds were comfy. Everything was sparkling clean. The views - unbelievable. We booked this last minute and weren’t very prepared for the mountains - she even offered her own clothes when we said we wanted to go hiking 🥹 Another gentleman brought us delicious prosciutto and melon to start our dinner the 2nd night. This stay was a 100/10 and we already want to return - better prepared ;-) Thank you for everything.

Location was excellent - just opposite the train station - as we were on foot. Breakfast was very good. Complimentary coffee in the rooms very welcome. Staff very helpful. Didn’t have a Swiss adaptor for plug but they gave me one.
