We were pleasantly surprised at the Coast Parksville. Very good value for the reasonable room rate. The bonus was the EV charging station in the parking lot.

The owner was really kind and helpful. She informed us that the road we would need to take to continue our journey was closed for renovations following fires. She inquired with the tourist office about available buses. It really helped us a lot. The breakfast was really varied and plentiful. There are 2 very sweet dogs and a cat. Spacious garden to relax. In the morning several squirrels could be spotted.
