Stayed here over the Christmas period whilst visiting family - what a great little find! My wife actually commented that it felt as though we were staying with family as the staff were so friendly and accommodating - even leaving a small Christmas gift for guests on the big day! Room was comfortable and spacious with everything we needed for a great stay. Loved "The Rag" in the bathroom, quirky idea that raised a smile (if you know, you know!) Will be visiting Medicine Hat several times in the coming years so will definitely be staying here again and again.

Exceptioanlly clean, comfortable and lots of thoughtful additions in hotel - games, films, free coffee and yummy cookies. Basic fitness room but worked for what needed. Super kind staff.
