On booking it said quad room but on arrival they were very busy so I accepted smaller room. Very pleased as host reduced original price as I had accepted smaller room. Best bit was clear on booking that my dog would be accepted and no extra charge. Breakfast was ready early which was great for those going to dog show. Lovely host...Parking was easy, great location near shops. Despite around 6-7 dogs so quiet...well behaved owners.
