We had a wonderful stay! The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is very good, in the center of Thumersbach, not far from Zell am See, where one can go by bus, near the park. The appartment is on the second floor with a very nice view of the lake and Zell am See. We had everything we needed and the owner was very nice and helpful.

Very well located, just two minutes walk from the train station and bus pick up. A short 5minute walk from the gondola and has storage facility for ski gear. The apartment was spacious and clean, the beds comfortable and the apartment really warm. Staff friendly and spoke good English. It’s perhaps helpful to be aware that cleaning and towel/bedding change is available for an additional charge. There’s a rubbish room with the expectation that you’ll take down your own waste. To us none of this was an issue and better environmentally. Well located for town, a great pizza place next door and some lovely bars in town. The resort has lots of blue ski runs,(great for our ability) and bars to enjoy on the slopes. We loved both Zell am See and the apartment and are already planning our return.

We had a pleasant experience. The female receptionist was exceptionally friendly and created a welcoming atmosphere, making us feel right at home. The breakfast offered at the hotel was wonderful and one of the best we had during our trip, providing a great start to a day.
