Lovely hotel, loved everything about it! The room was very nicely decorated and very clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is also very good - a bit further away from the centre but very easy to get to and worth it, only a short walk from the station and area felt safe.

Its location is a bit far to the historical places but within walking distance. It is very close to good restaurants, cafes, patisseries and the shopping street. Our apartment was very chic, very clean and quiet. The equipment is more than enough, there is even an olive oil in the kitchen. Our bed was very comfortable. The apartment is quite big and spacious. We stayed as 3 people and we were very pleased with everything. Highly recommend it!

Location is incredible, big Spar is beneath the building, huge Westfield mall 1min from Citadines, and the metro station is across the street. The building is new, everything seems so luxurious. I was afraid that I will be cold but every room has air condition that you can adjust. Room is perfect, clean, warm. We didn't have the kitchen since we were staying only 4 nights. I guess for staying longer you get it. There is a fridge, a tea pot. You can always take the tea, or coffee on the reception, it's free. Which is incredible because in a lot of places in Vienna it isn't. Stuff is so friendly, they gave us everything we asked for. We were just so satisfied with everything. This is my no.1 adress for Vienna.

We liked everything. It is one of the best five stars hotels in Vienna. Excellent location next to the church of St. Peter not far from the cathedral and along the Graben itself. The reception is very professional, friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay at Rioca Vienna Posto 2 and would definitely choose this hotel again on our next trip to Vienna. The location is excellent — quiet, safe, and very well connected to public transportation. Getting around the city was incredibly easy. The rooms are spotlessly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. You can tell that the hotel uses high-quality materials throughout — from the bathroom and shower to the TV, bed, and overall furnishings. Everything felt modern, solid, and comfortable. The staff are genuinely kind and helpful. A special thank you to Denis for the warm welcome and attentive support throughout our stay. His friendliness made our experience even better.
