Only 15 min walk to the lake with a small river passing by the hotel backyard (nice water flow sound during the night) .. amazing Mountain view from the room's. balcony, great for wine and some cheese with a good conpany. Norman und Irine were of great help to us, picking us up from the airport and dropping us in Salzburg, brought us an umbrella and iron when we needed it, very nice and helpful. We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is centrally located, right next to St Gilgen’s town hall and mere minutes walking from the lake. The room was spacious and clean, the bed comfortable. The staff was very helpful, despite communicating only via messages and emails. Overall, a very positive experience!
