The apartment is literally 30m from SPAR and 15 m from a pub where you can pick up the keys. The apartment has its own parking spot, is clean and big enough, and strategically located, and it is super easy to get by car from there to Salzburg or Hallstadt. It is ideal for those who prefer to stay outside the city centres but can easily get to the city/attraction when needed. Ideal for people with cars. The bar 15 m from the apartment, with a fantastic beer which the bartender gladly delivered to the apartment, was an amazing bonus which made my stay absolutely amazing, 11 stars from 10.

What made this hotel truly exceptional was our lake view from the large and spacious balcony and the amazing breakfast. Not only the food was amazing at the breakfast, but the view overlooking the lake with perfect lighting, and outdoor dining--really perfection! We also enjoyed the private beach access. It is a nice plus that there are toilet facilities at this beach. Not only did we swim and sun during the day, but we went to the beach at night to watch the Perseids meteor shower and it was quite the show. The lakeside was quite dark with no ambient lighting so the viewing conditions were ideal. Thank you for the hospitality, we would come again in a heartbeat!

Location is superb. 5min walk from lake to take a dip. Host also well beyond what I would expect and extremely friendly. Gave us towels for the day to use at the beach even after our check out and we were also allowed to park our car there for a bit longer to save public parking fees.
