The owner ans staff are extremely friendly, helpful and supportive. The room is amazing, and the filter coffee offered in the room is an delightful start of the day. The breakfast is great and we also had the flexibility to book the dinner at the hotel based on our plan of the day. The dinner is of great quality and very good value for money! The cocktails offered at the bar cannot be missed as well. Overall, everything is super organised at this boutique hotel. Will come back again!

Location was excellent. Excellent breakfasts good choices. Bonus of being given a “Joker” card to use on local lifts in Saalbach and Hinterglemm. It also gave discount on many other activities and cafes. And gave free admission to the crazy golf. Also given a free local bus.

We absolutely loved the design of the hotel, it’s beautiful! The spa is amazing and the Christmas themed lobby smelling of cinnamon is just the cutest. The food is great, also vegetarian options and all their staff is incredibly friendly from cleaning ladies to reception! ❤️ They even prepared a little lovey dovey surprise for us since we just got engaged.
