The location is amazing at the foot of the mountains so beautiful views all around. The hotel was great, food and comfort and all. We used the spa which was a great way to relax. The hotel lent us some bicycles to cycle around which was good fun. Most of all the staff were exceptional. they greeted us very kindly and were so nice and helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate us. It was truly an amazing experience. Thank you ☺️

The hotel is located a few minutes from the main road. If you are on your way to Croatia /Italy it's a perfect spot. The hotel is traditional with a lovely welcoming atmosphere. There is a lovely garden where you can have your breakfast in a sunny day. Restaurant is just opposite the hotel. The breakfast was just a perfect buffet with vegan options plus plant based milk. Possibility to receive a coffee and breakfast on the go. There is also a lift what can be useful if you have a few bags or if someone is disabled. Staff is super friendly and very helpful. Great location, 15 min walk (also with kids) to the cable car. I travelled alone with kids and was worried about transportation around but there was a free shuttle that took us from the train station and around the area when we needed it (for free).

I had a wonderful overnight stay, wish I could stay longer. The Villa itself is extraordinary, the room I booked was very cosy, yet comfortable. There is a good restaurant nearby. The fresh air and views are amazing. Lovely owner.
