Spacious and comfortable room, really good beds and pillows. The location of the hotel is more than perfect, museums, sights and cool restaurants in a walking distance. This establishment is managed by a lovely woman named Lori. She is always helpful and cheerful, and you can clearly tell that she cares about her guests' comfort. The villa is great. The rooms are spacious, the living area is cozy and has a projector. The location is excellent, far enough from the busy main road, but just a walking distance to Yerevan city center. (Make sure to visit the Armenian Genocide Museum, also just a walking distance away.) I felt very welcomed during my whole stay, and I met many wonderful people. There aren't many reviews at the time of writing, but that's because this is a very new established. I will definitely come back if I visit Armenia in the future!
