This is a very nice house, you have your own privacy. Everything works well there. Hosts is nice and have good communication. Taxi is not so expensive so don't worry about the distance to Ijevan. There is your own kitchen and bathroom. I recommend it, I had a nice time there. WiFi works well so you can work good also

I would stay their every time I visit Armenia if they fix the drainage smell inside the room Resturant staff are so friendly Yell extreme park is awesome experience They have a dog who will tour guide you all the way to the waterfalls and back ❤️

The landscape and view are breathtaking, the air is pure, the food is very good, the staff is very friendly and helpful and speaks English (which is not guaranteed in Armenia). They also have cute animals (cats, dogs, donkey, horses). We didn't take any of the activities because we were travelling with our baby, but I am sure the extreme park is extremely fun.
