The staff are very friendly. It is located at the end of Amoji village, quiet. Very beatiful garden. It was very clean. There was a small kitchen in common area. We ordered breakfast (2000 drum per person) which was very delicious and served on the bench in garden. You can see a rural living there. You can park you car in the yard. The guesthouse owner takes great care to make sure guests are warm and comfortable. She also helps with any travel you are doing. You can even contact her and let her know which minibus you are taking to the town nearby and ask her to call the driver to tell him to let you out at the guesthouse. The house is a lovely old place, like grandma's house. There are nice views of the canon from it and you will sleep peacefully to the sound of the river below.

Friendly host, great breakfast, the owner even prepared dinner for me late in the evening. Excellent beds, kitchen, furniture, bathroom. Very clean. Free parking. Alaverdi is perfect location to visit the convents/churches and the canyon. If I'll ever visit Alaverdi again, I definitely will stay in this hotel again.

I also asked for dinner and breakfast not included in the price of the room but trust me it's worth it. The price of the meals was overall cheap. Excellent hotel, located in the centre and next door to the monastery we wanted to visit. The host was very welcoming and helpful.
