I really enjoyed my stay at Voco The Palm, Dubai. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and spotless, and the whole hotel had such a fresh and relaxing vibe. Big thanks to Sameer, Awais, Gopi, Hussein (hope I got the name right, he was at reception and gave us a wonderful welcome), and the pool and beach team for their kindness and great service. Everything was just perfect. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to others.

Incredibly Excellent Hotel!!! The service starting from the Reception is at a Very High Level! Huge Gratitude to Alice, we came with the family, and she upgraded us to a room with a balcony on the dome, where the Light Show was held! My daughter was delighted! The room was very spacious and comfortable! My wife was pleased with the spacious kitchen and bathroom. Next to the Hotel there is a Spienes supermarket, where you can buy ready-made delicious food. Thank you very much Alice, you made our stay at the Hotel as comfortable as possible! We wish you many grateful clients 🫶

I liked everything, the best location, facilities , food, amazing one-bedroom apartment. But the most important thing: people who work there! Literally everyone was so helpful and welcoming from check-in with Ramadan to our whole stay. I would like to especially thank Minakshee and Shilpa who were so kind and attentive to our family and my son Maxim during breakfasts. Unfortunately I don’t know other names but the team working in this hotel is a pure treasure and definitely great job by the management to keep the bar so high! Keep up the great work and cannot wait to be back soon!
