Housekeeping staff even told management when we didn't finish most of a steak from room service (it was undercooked) and the hotel manager followed up with us. We didn't want to make an issue of it but they took it very seriously - all of the staff apologized for it! We were fine with it but overwhelmed by their attention to detail and desire to make everything right. Top notch service unlike anything else. What an excellent team. The suite was fantastic too - great view, comfortable, nice amentities. Would definitely stay here every time I am in town.
