We had the pleasure of staying at Salute Premium Hotel & Spa in Hanoi on two separate occasions during our trip to Vietnam, and each stay was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, Sally and her amazing team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and completely taken care of. What truly sets this hotel apart is the level of personal service. Sally organised all of our airport transfers seamlessly, and even helped us choose and book a fantastic restaurant for dinner. No request was ever too much trouble—they were always just a WhatsApp message away, ready to assist with anything we needed throughout our stay. We booked the Executive Suite, and the room exceeded our expectations both times. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail felt well thought out, and the consistency across both stays was impressive. Honestly, we couldn’t fault a thing. Our experience at Salute Premium Hotel & Spa made our time in Hanoi so much easier and more enjoyable. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city, and we will absolutely stay here again on our next trip.

We travel a lot, but this was by far our best hotel experience. We were lucky to receive a room upgrade and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and the hotel’s location is perfect for exploring Hanoi. A special thank you to Camellia, who went above and beyond to assist us with everything. She truly understands what great hospitality means, and the hotel can be proud to have someone like her on the team. Truly a recommendation!
