I have to specifically praise Lyn, she has helped us so much. Because of the flood in Hue and Hoi an, we had to cut that part out and extend our stay in Hanoi. She went out of her way to help us look for a stay (as their place was already fully booked). She also recommended what we could do in those extra days in Hanoi. I just can't thank her enough.

Comfortable Accommodations: Ja Cosmo Hotel and Spa in Hanoi offers 4-star comfort with air-conditioned rooms featuring private bathrooms, balconies, and city views. Vivian was an amazing host!! She took great care of us and make our stay fantastic. The hotel is centrally located and eats to walk around. Lots of good restaurants around. The hotel is nice, clean and have basic amenities. Breakfast buffet was decent and offered local and international food choices.

The bed is very comfortable, which is good for quite and sleep in. Support for early check-in and luggage storage. I think it's ok to find a hotel like this for a mid-range price.
