Staff were amazing. Superb management. Super clean room and daily cleaning made us feel the most comfortable. We have requested change the bed sheet and just a minute house keeper change it for us. Would highly recommend it!

They also help you organize the rest of your travel, we booked with them the Halong Bay cruise and was really easy. We loved the facilities, and even the hotel was really close to the nightlife we couldn’t hear anything in our room! Perfect atmosphere

Beautiful hotel located in a quiet area of the Old Quarter yet very close to main attractions. Amazing staff - super friendly and ready to help with literally anything ; very polite and educated. They upgraded our room free of charge on arrival and even went the extra mile for my boyfriend’s birthday by surprising him with a chocolate fondant for breakfast and decorating our room with balloons and banners! They truly treat you like royalty with 5 star service :) very clean and spacious rooms with daily room service, comfy bed and great AC. Breakfast was also very good with wide variety. Very responsive over booking.com and Whatsapp. Would definitely stay here again - highly recommend ! They even gave us a gift at check out!
