This truly made our stay exceptional! The decor, cleanliness, in-room dining, location and overall value and high quality made our stay a five star experience. We can’t wait to return!

Aesthetically it was beautiful! They had many activities and inclusions, including piano carols in the foyer and movie night with popcorn. The breakfast was delicious and the alphorn a real treat. Staff were very nice.

Free Wi-Fi is available in every guest room. Rooms were clean with spare towels. Really nice feature was a map of the area on the wall as part of the decor, neat feature.

All rooms are equipped with refrigerators and coffee makers. They have free Wi-Fi and also include hairdryers. We stayed three nights. The beds seemed to have very comfortable madrasses, I slept very well on them. With an open window, one heard the I-5, but I didn't find that very disturbing. The breakfast was for American hotels standards quite good. Bathroom good. The staff was really friendly. All in in all very good stay. Excellent value for money.

It was very easy to get to and the host was great with communication. We ended up being way later with check in than expected and had such a seamless arrival.
