We stayed at the Drury Plaza Hotel Dallas Arlington from July 4 to July 7 and were absolutely thrilled with our experience. As a couple from Switzerland who has spent over 50 nights in U.S. hotels over the past two years, we can confidently say: this was by far the best hotel we’ve stayed at. Our 2-room suite with a king bed was spacious, spotless, and wonderfully quiet. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and we both slept like a dream every night. The cleanliness throughout the hotel, from the room to the lobby and breakfast area, was outstanding. What really stood out, though, was the warmth and professionalism of the staff, both at reception and in the restaurant. Check-in and check-out were fast, friendly, and completely hassle-free. We also appreciated the generous breakfast each morning: great variety, high quality, and plenty of seating, even at peak times. Although we missed the evening “Kickback” due to our time at Six Flags Park, we could tell that this hotel offers far more than the basics. It's very well located, the price-performance ratio is excellent, and it’s clear that this hotel is run with care and attention to detail. From now on, we’ll specifically look for Drury Hotels when booking future U.S. trips; this experience set a new standard for us. Highly recommended!

A flat-screen TV is included in each room at the Drury Inn and Suites San Antonio Riverwalk. We were allowed to park our car in the garage before check-in. Staff contacted us when room was ready. Staff was extremely friendly. Evening happy hour and morning breakfast were much better than we expected with a lot of food to choose from. Room and building were exceptionally clean. Hotel has an exit right out onto the Riverwalk. Location is within a few blocks of the Alamo and various museums.

Suites include a separate seating area with sofa bed. Great breakfast, the room was comfortable and the bed incredible. The staff was pending of me, they were great. It has parking with no charge and private, easy to use and a lot of spots.

A cable, flat-screen TV is included in each room at Drury Inn and Suites Austin North. The staff was exeptionally friendly, we felt so welcome when we arrived there after a long flight. Also the staff was extremely helpful, when we had some issues, which had to be solved by phone but our mobile phone didn´t work in the United States. (Many thanks especially to Jack who was so extremely helpful and patient but also to all of the other staff!!!) The room was perfect with very comfortable beds / mattresses (usually hotel beds are very hard, but at Drury Inns the beds are soft and at the same time very supporting). Breakfast choices were perfect, we especially enjoyed the buttermilk biscuits and the grits. At night there was a dinner with great choices (also with some healthy ones like salad, vegetables, potatoes). There were free soft drinks and tea/coffee at all times and there was a popcorn machine (our kids loved it!). There also was a nice pool. The location was good, everything was easy to reach from there. This was the first time we stayed at a Drury Inn. After that positive experience we stayed at other Drury Inns several times along our road trip afterwards. The Drury Inn has become our favorite hotel brand! If we come back to Austin, we will definitely stay at this hotel again!
