The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to cater to requests. They were so polite and it was one of the best experiences that I have had from beginning to end. I stayed for a week in April this year. I cannot wait to revisit this hotel. It is clean, luxurious, spacious and what makes it special are the people who work there. I highly recommend this property to everyone.

The location is great - it's easy to reach using the public transport and lots of famous sights are withing walking distance. Midtown East probably isn't the most romantic location NY has to offer but it's a very safe one, even late at night, and that's definitely a big plus. The staff was very helpful and the rooms are pretty spacious and very clean. We had a nice view of Top of the Rock from our room. The windows also blocked most of the noise coming from the busy nearby avenues. The bathrooms are equipped with hi-tech "Japanese" toilets - this was my first close encounter with one of these and now I totally want one in my home bathroom as well :)

Right in front of the mirror lake runway, a few minute walk from the main road.
