The neighbourhood couldn’t be better, close enough to everything but away from the more frantic areas near Time Square. The housekeeping staff was outstanding. This was our last stop after two months travel, staying at over 2 dozen hotels. The beds here were absolutely the most comfortable! The room had all the amenities o e could want and they very generously replaced water, Nespresso and tea daily. I would happily stay here next time I visit NYC.

The bed was very comfortable, and we always felt well-rested after a good night’s sleep. Housekeeping deep-cleaned our room every day. Noise from outside wasn’t really an issue on the 13th floor, even for people like us who don’t usually live in big, noisy cities. The hotel smelled great and has a beautiful little lobby with comfortable sofas and chairs. The staff was helpful, always smiling, and very polite. They even gave us a bottle of champagne because our internet connection wasn’t working. Overall, the experience was amazing.
