The location close to everything. The place is very clean with a lot of attention for details. The bed was so comfortable I wanted to bring it home. My daughter was really happy when we would come in and see cookies in the entrance. The breakfast is sooo good with different choice of savory or sweet every morning. And the BEST thing are the people there. Walker, Phoebe and the others which we did not get the names were so nice and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay. They even upgraded my room because there was availability.

The owner live in the building and renting out two nice rooms in the main Building and one room in a little house in the backyard. They where very nice people with great advices for our trip in Bar Harbor and the two dogs where an added bonus. - Everything is very new and nicely furnished and decorated. - Breakfast is homecooked every morning and was exceptional! - Awesome place to also meet other guests and exchange about the vacation planing
