All the lady stuff were super helpful, when they see my both hands are occupied with 🎒, they open the door with a smiling face and also open the lift so that I need not to use my room key to access lift. It was really such a comfort. They guide me so cordially whenever I am asking any question about any location, directions of road etc. Everyone speaks English so well. This was our second stay at the hotel and it exceeded our expectations. From the responsive communications before our arrival, to the well-appointed, clean rooms and all the friendly and helpful staff we came in contact with, the whole experience was unforgettable and we look forward to returning. We found the beds and pillows incredibly comfortable to sleep on. The location is a short commute from the more lively suburbs/CBD, which suited us as we preferred staying in a slightly quieter area.
