Anything we needed/requested she went far beyond the call of duty. Thank you truly Ms. Basdemir for helping make this vacation exceptionally good. The hotel, staff, food, rooms were great. The pool was REMARKABLE!!!!!! Met people from all over the world. "Service with a smile" is an understatement. The Concorde Deluxe Resort was fantastic!! Highly recommend this resort. I was only at the hotel for a few hours to grab some sleep before a flight. It filled that need effectively.

Location is great Club lunch offers exelent service, food is exceptionally delicious. Service in the club room is polate and helpful. Really good service
