My arrival in Bangkok was also early, so the included shuttle service upon arrival and departure was really helpful. The ride between the hotel and the airport takes about 20 minutes. The communication with the hotel was timely and smooth, and everything worked as planned. I checked in early in the morning, had a good sleep, and left at night. The room looked bland (which is surprising for the colourful Thailand), but the bed was perfect, the hot shower refreshing, and the room was quiet. I ordered lunch in my room and the food was tasty and well-priced.

Everything was very clean and well maintained. The room was super comfortable and quite large - the bed was especially great! I appreciated that they had a space that could be used for coworking, as well as a gym, self service laundry room, and a shared kitchen space with plates, glasses, cutlery, a sink for washing dishes and a water refill station. The on-site kitchen had a nice breakfast menu too.
