The place was super clean, and the owner was extremely friendly and helpful — gave me lots of great tips on what to see and do around Chiang Rai. The breakfast was also quite good. Its a must visit gem which exceeded our expectations. when I booked, I was a little sceptical as it did not appear to be the traditional type of place we usually stay in. But the morning when we got up and drew our curtains, we were blown by the serenity and the calm that permeated us. the fog over the pond, the chirping of the birds and the pure air we breathed, all of these made it a morning to remember forever.

At nights she invited us to hang out and have beers with with her and her friends. I learned about ice cubes in the Singha. I would balk at that back home, but hey when in Chiang Rai…

Has many places to hang out, a pool, pool table, cheap laundry I can do myself, and most importantly a kitchen to make your own food. Making my own egg after months of traveling was such a little pleasure.
