Excellent hotel experience! The service at reception was outstanding, with one incredibly kind and helpful individual. We had a parking issue and she truly went above and beyond to assist us. Our room was more like an apartment – spacious, comfortable, with a generous bathroom, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a cozy bedroom. The fireplace was a huge bonus, especially since it was 0 degrees Celsius during our stay. The late checkout approval was also a tremendous help. Highly recommend!

I loved the order of getting the key to our room and all the explanations received prior to arrival. The room was comfortable and clean. Initially, I was thinking that it's not well heated, but it was my bad. Breakfast was rich and tasty. Checkout went sweeftly. In short , PERFECT!!!

Located in Štrbské Pleso and surrounded by the High Tatras National Park, Apartmany Panorama 10X-90X offers accommodation in private apartment sets in the Panorama Resort complex. Free WiFi is available. Lovely view of mountains. The apartment was a bit old but had everything we needed. The breakfast was downstairs at the hotel and we had an evening meal included in the price which was lovely too. It was close to everything.
