First thing is every thing was tidy, clean, well managed. The check in was very smooth. Amenities were functional. Excellent location with almost everything at walking distance in case you want, otherwise it's close to center. Mr Firoj was very welcoming, didn't have to wait or repeat for anything. Really grateful for a great experience.

Most welcoming staff I have ever come across - specially the receptionist Abdullah Al-Ghanem made us feel very comfortable :) Service: The delicious Arabic coffee and dates available at reception anytime - made our day :) Location: Great location! Next to a big Mosque. Super close to Haram with taxi (10min) - and local bus (5 min walk from hotel which cost 4riyals!) Many restaurants and shops around! Made it easy to try local food :) Room: The room was spacious and clean! There was no cleaning routine - but they cleaned anytime you wanted and very neatly! Nevertheless the hotel had great scent at all time ☺️

I stayed at this hotel for the second time on a work trip, and this time I tried the single bed. It was just as comfortable as the king size. Despite the hotel being fully booked during a holiday, it still maintained the highest standards. The rooms are spotless with scent of freshness, the kitchen offers plenty of options with delicious meals, and the entire staff from the bellboy to management remains remarkably professional even during high workload periods. Highly recommended. Definitely will choose this hotel again.

The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. The experience I had in La Reve in Taif was superior. From the staff in the reception to dining areas, and management- everyone is very helpful, really makes you feel like a special guest which adds to the beauty of this hotel. From the moment we stepped in, the reception staff were very quick to check us in- upgraded our room, offered medical pillows (which were very comfortable) and complementary arabic coffee and fruits were served. The bed is comfortable, the rooms are extremely clean and breakfast had lots of options. I have spent my time in 5* hotels in different cities in Saudi and around the world, and am surprised to see La reve as 4*! It competes if not surpasses the 5* hotels! Thanks. I would rate this place 10/10 and will definitely return!
