I travel very frequently and across the globe and I must say I have never stayed in a hotel so well thought out, so modern, so comfortable and convenient to the point that images do not even do it justice. I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, thanks especially to Natala, Guest Relations Manager, and Salman reception agent. I requested a late check-up as I had an important meeting and needed a reliable internet connection after 12:pm Salman were extremely helpful, attentive, and professional, making everything smooth and stress-free. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, and their support made a real difference. Natala called me twice during my booking to see if everything is okey ! I pappreciate the checkup. Thank you for the excellent service and warm hospitality. I truly appreciated it and would gladly recommend this hotel and i will come ba k next time with my family .

No Breakfast, even though there was a kitchen and a supermarket delivery service, they know and were able to mitigate that, so it's actually good service from them to proactively have it there.
