Everything. Rooms were clean, modern, comfortable, and trendy. Staff were very nice. Location was amazing. TV was big and convenient. Breakfast had a good variety and I liked the option of fresh juice.

It was our 2nd stay at Daisy resort and this time we liked it a lot more than the first time. We stayed at the apartement "Bec" - everything was nice and clean. The staff was very nice this time, helpful and friendly. We also used the SPA twice, which consists of a Sauna and a relaxation room. I also booked one massage with therapist "Ljubo", which I really enjoyed. Guests of the resort get a 20% discount on all types of massages and with each massage there is one hour SPA for free included, that's a great deal and very nice! We really enjoyed our stay and will come again soon! :-)

Beautiful location we enjoyed the fresh air and felt rejuvenated after spending days in different pools and saunas. We had massages which were amazing. The breakfast was excellent and the restaurants have great food too. We loved our cabin where we could hang out together - two mothers with daughters trip.

First thing I noticed is the staff: very friendly and polite ! 10+ for them all (reception, SPA center, dinner, cleaning service personnel who rushed to the reception when we checked out, we forgot a charger in the room). Breakfast and dinner: high quality food and products, more than enough, at a decent price (we had dinner extra). Good espresso. The dining hall is pleasant to the eyes, intimate, very comfy chairs. Plenty of choices for all tastes and dietary lifestyle. Tasty. At dinner, some of us had salads, others chicken schnitzel and other dishes. They don't joke with the quantity, nor quality, no matter the dish. You're stuffed when leaving the restaurant because you can't help yourself from stopping until the dish is empty 😁 The waiter has forgotten one small salad to bring it to us, was not a problem anyway... he apologized several times, was ashamed and wanted to compensate somehow. We appreciated his gesture. He's everywhere in that hotel, from SPA center giving you towels, then offering drinks, then later he's serving in the dining hall, and all that with dedication, smiling and exchanging a few words. Big thanks to him ! Apologize for not remembering his name. SPA center: nicely and clean, excelent clean and warm water. Nice bath wraps (a bigger size, plus 2 smaller size, like prepared for a family) are provided in the room. Towels are given at the SPA center. Maybe a good idea to bring your own slippers, please refer to the section "what I didn't like". Room: nicely decorated and clean, good mattresses (on the stiff side, but I slept well and no back pain in the morning). Parking (free): at least in February, the private parking had plenty of free spaces. It's closed behind an automatic door, it has video surveillance. I fully recommend the hotel.

It's a beautiful apartment. All of the conveniences and looks recently renovated. The kitchen, the air-conditioning and the beds are top. The communication was really fast, friendly and polite.

The man at reception was charming, humourous and gave us two excellent tips for eating out. His customer service was top class.

Fruške Residences - Fruške Terme is set in Vrdnik, 20 km from Novi Sad. This location is on the outskirts of Fuska Gora National Park with Adventure Park within walking distance. Super friendly staff. The hotel is like new. Complementary access to the Spa. Rooms are big and comfortable. Great view to the water park. Big balcony! Air conditioning only in living room.
