The owner also is very polite and friendly and waited for our late check in and late check out. The location is just 10-12 min walk from the main city center and there is also a private parking just near apartment entrance.

That aspect alone is somewhat interesting. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. The room and bathroom were clean. At the moment, there are not many places to stay in Targoviste, so this served its purpose. The location is about a 20 minute walk from the center of Targoviste, which is a bit far but that was known before hand.

It's located in a big apartment building and the area seemed very safe. It has its own parking spot. It's very sunny and bright and it has a closed balcony also. The kitchen is separated from the rest of the apartment--so no noisy appliance problem. The beds are comfortable. The administrator waited for us and took us up and showed us everything. The internet was fast.
