The staff was very friendly and the hotel is very clean and quiet. The location is great because you’re in the center of town and close to the metro station.

Pet friendly (they gave us bowls and a blanket to keep) and super helpful and kind staff. Location is in the centre which makes everything easy to reach by foot. All facilities clean. The pool is small but warm and when we went, we were all alone. The hammam and sauna are great too and very enjoyable. The breakfast was exceptional - huge variety even for vegans. The champagne and treats on arrival are also a nice touch!
