The view of Horta island lays out before you and the chairs enable you to lay back and enjoy the sunset.

We also liked the amenities, especially the laundry. it was nice getting a couple little treats from the Azores, and we liked having extra towels. The suite we stayed in is spaceous and comfortable. The breakfast was super good with local products and Helen and Vera made something special (pancakes, banana bread, etc.) every day to surprise us. Breakfast is served on a covered outside patio where we sat at a round table with the other guest, which we enjoyed a lot. We met nice and interesting people and had great conversations. Helen and Vera also gave us great tips for restaurants, sights and even running trails. We stayed at the guesthouse for nine days and really loved it. We highly recommend it.
