Despite the late time and celebration of Christmas, Filipe drove us to farmacy, helped us to find a medicine and drove us back to hotel. We will not forget such happiness and extremely recommend visit this hotel!

Everyone was super welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet which was included in our stay was amazing! Rooms (and the property as a whole) were really nice, clean and quite large. We had four people and didn't feel cramped at all. Plenty of space for all of our stuff. Good parking outside. Easy walking place to the nearest town and some smaller beaches. Nice pool with chairs, jacuzzi and gym. It was also super close to the airport and since we had to leave quite early to make our flight, this was super helpful.

Free parking is available, upon request. An absolutely exceptional accomondation, it might've easily been the best hotel I've ever been to. It certainly beated even all five-star ones on my list at the moment. The room was amazing, spacious and comfortable. The bed was perfect (and big, too). The area is scenic, the breakfast is delicious. The hotel restaurant and the bar offer really good food and drinks.

Iiked the 5 minutes driving fron airport. Loved tge reception (sofia & alex) they welcomed me and give rich informations about the villas and the area. They recommended great places to visit also. Rooms are high class maintained and no comment on it. Breakfast is good and reasonable. Horses are the best experience with the sunset😍 Always new 👍

The property was in an amazing location right on the beach, it was so comfortable and spotless and lovely and quiet. Christina and Sofia were so helpful with any questions we had and recommendations and made us feel incredibly welcome. The breakfasts were delicious.

This place looked like a chic Manhattan hotel and was walkable to all Ponta Delgada sights. Did I mention the food? We stayed for lunch as the breakfast was so exceptional.
