We were probably the first people to stay in this room. The room was very modern, spacious, comfortable and clean. Everything was there for a comfortable stay. A new large grocery store with a great selection is located under the house. Breakfast - absolutely top notch.

Spa is small but effective and welcome addition to relax after end of your hiking/cycling/whatever day. It is located kind of on one side of the village but still walkable from shops, restaurants etc. Biedronka (groceries) is even right across the street. There's elevator in the hotel which was a blessing since my wife had ankle injury during the trip.

The room has all the essentials you might need: clothes steamer, hair dryer, coffee machine, tea kettle. We booked a room with breakfast included. It was very good, lots of various options. Even though the hotel is facing a very busy street- you can't hear any noise, very good soundproofing. Same goes for the rooms next doors or the hallways- no annoying noises from the outside. The parking is quite expensive (as it is everywhere though) but is located in the underground level of the hotel so there's an elevator that takes you from there directly to the reception area and the floor you're on. We found this very comfortable. You do not have to drag your bags across some parking lot. Would definitely come back!

Attractively set in the centre of Kraków, Hotel Unicus Palace Old Town - Destigo Hotels features buffet breakfast and free WiFi. This 5-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom. The accommodation offers room service, a 24-hour front desk and organising tours for guests. While we didn't have breakfast, we were able to get wonderful coffee each morning and before our departure in the breakfast area. The staff was always gracious and helpful. We had a service dog with us who was graciously welcomed by the staff. We were in Krakow during perhaps the hottest part of the summer and the air conditioning was perfect! Our room and the hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. The location in the center of the old town was perfect for our visit.

Very close to Krupówki street. The breakfast spread was great plus made to order breakfast was also available. The staff was amazing. Definitely will stay here again !!!

May be next time. There is a grossery shop on the same street. Very close to downtown.
