Amazing hotel, Staff are super friendly, rooms are lovely! Breakfast was amazing and the rooftop was beautiful too. Coffee machine in the room and water stations to fill up your water bottle. If I come back to Lima I’ll definitely stay again

We arrived really early in the hotel - around 6 in the morning and asked for an early check in. They were able to provide us the room immediately for an extra 35 dollars charge which also included the breakfast for the same morning. We happily took the offer as we needed some rest as soon as possible.
The hotel is trendy and in a really good part of Miraflores - very close to the cliffs promenade and some good restaurants. It was really easy to get an Uber to and from it.
The room was spacious and comfortable and I noticed that it had an AC which we didn't have to use. The bathroom was clean, had various hotel amenities and good running hot shower.
The breakfast was buffet style - not very rich but quite enough to start the day well.
The staff was nice and accommodating.

Everything was wonderful! Starting from check-in, breakfasts (one of the best of my hotel experiences, thanks to Fatima) to personal service and restaurant level. The staff was very careful and attentive with all our requests. Great value for money - 100% recommended for couples and group of friends. That was a great decision to spend anniversary in nhow Lima hotel. Hotel has open pretty recently - everything is new, fresh, even better than on photos.

We were at the hotel a second time. The atmosphere is excellent. The breakfast is great. There is a restaurant that is open relatively late. Good food at a reasonable price. The staff tries to help with everything. Simply excellent. Opposite Beit Chabad. Free parking. Just great.

All staff were friendly, and extra helpful whenever we had a need or a reasonable special request. When we needed to leave our vehicle in the parking a few hours after checking out, the staff graciously accommodated our request. When we needed a blender to prepare a certain drink, the staff had one available. The beach area were beautiful and within walking distance.

The location is excellent. On walking distance from Larcomar, parque Kennedy, Panchita and other great restaurants. There is a parking spot for visitors, 24 hour security. The three main bedrooms were very comfortable and 4 bathrooms!

Rooms are clean and comfortable. With a bar fridge and jug also but with Perú you have to buy your own milk if you like. Very handy to markets and shopping centre, for a good selection of restaurants are about 10 minute walk away. Had secure car parking.

Rooms are big enough, basic amenities but clean. Comfortable bed.
Staff is helpful. I have stayed in few other IBIS & this is definitely a notch above all of them.
They have ample parking space. Pet friendly. They do have a roof top, though I didn't use it.

Very nice staff. Surprisingly very good food at dinner, better than some of the highly rated restaurants. Comfortable bed. Good location. Relatively quiet until we got a neighbor who screamed at his female partner in the middle of the night. Safe secure parking garage with no additional charge. We plan to stay here again
