One of the best stays. The house is new, very clean, with two spacious rooms, friendly host, and amazing views 360 around. Hot shower, comfy XXXXL size bed (I stayed in a room with 1 bed). The guys were extremely helpful guiding us and meeting us at the house, also we asked if they can do a tour in the morning, and it was a great experience: a nice traditional breakfast with coffee with a Grand Canyon view + a hike + a wadi riding. AMAZING. Highly recommend. The nature around there is something. Also, if you'll arrive early, you can ask to arrange a dinner with a million dollars sunset view. No kidding.

Mohammad showed me around the places and was super patient in waiting for me walking the balcony walk. Ahmed was always available and offered help whenever needed. The location is great! It's away from all other tourist spots and you have an incredible sunset. One of the nicest I saw so far... Shukran gazilan Ahmed and Mohammad!

What a amazing stay we had at this guesthouse. This accomodation has a perfect location (near the mountains and a village) is well designed and is very clean. The rooms are modern, totally new and the beds sleep very well. Our host Hommed was very kind and helpfull. He showed around the area and can take you for a hike in de beautiful mountains of Oman. The view of the guesthouse is magnificent! It is really a place i reccoment. Thank you Hommed for your kindness, we will return.

Escape to SAMA Heights Resort, a haven of tranquility nestled at the foot of the majestic South Mountain Summit (W4). Amazing location! Great atmosphere, beautifully melted in the surrounding area. I do not get some of the bad reviews. Of course it gets cold at night, you're at 2500+ m that has nothing to do with the hotel, do some research before you come here in your shorts from muscat. Chattering teeth at the restaurant? Nonsense. Cold food? No way The staff was excellent! ( Treat another how you want to be treated yourself might have been the case in some reviews? ) The small heater had done it's work in our room after we came back from dinner. It was warm enough. We think they redecorated the place recently as it was picture perfect, the photos on booking don't do it justice. (we had the chalet btw, can't comment on the tents) 7km from the starting point of the balcony walk (They opened up some apartments at the balcony walk as well, so cannot comment on that) It's an eco- friendly resort with luxury details . We absolutely loved it❤️

The hotel is new and all clean with modern finishings. With the value I paid it was an excellent experience. Staff were friendly enough and did not experience any issues. Corridors were noisy as families were staying in some rooms but the room itself was very quite even though it was facing the main road.
