I have rarely experienced such hospitality, the staff was very accommodating and fulfilled every wish. The managers Ahmad & Raghu were very friendly and gave useful tips about the surrounding area. The location of the accommodation was also excellent, you are right in the center of the old town of Nizwa. The rooms at the accommodation are just as beautiful as they are in the pictures. Everything is very clean and you feel comfortable. InshAllah I will come back sometime.

Loved the building. Really pretty gardens and setting. Rooms are clean and have a kettle &fridge. Staff are lovely. Is located inside the old city walls so in the centre of everything, near the souq and Nizwa fort. Breakfast delivered to our room.

Great location next to old part of Misfat Al Abriyeen. You can drive your car to the property and at the same time it takes 1 minute to walk to the town. Beautiful view from the property. Super friendly staff. Nice food and delicious smoothie made freshly specially for us at the breakfast.

It was overwhelming to see how the host was always helping and giving more than we were asking for. He did it so good that his accommodation felt as a second home. It was always good to talk with him, and he represents the hospitality of Oman in person. It was also nice to talk to his lovely family. The accommodation was very relaxed and looked very nice. A typical location to stay for more than just one night, especially because from there you can do a lot of things: Nizwa, Bahla fort, Jabrin Castle, Jebel Shams (balcony walk) and maybe even Bat or other necropolis.

Property is at very prine location. Owner is very friendly &co operative.He offered us with Omani tea & dates . He allowed us to drive his vintage car too 😃. Staff is very good . Breakfast served was nice. Stay was very cool & pleasant. Like to come here again.

It’s a lovely place just on the canyon jebel shams and right at the balcony walk. The room is clean with big windows . The terrace is amazing overlooking the canyon. The host Ali and his wife live just behind and are very kind. They make dinner and breakfast on request ans serve it either in the guest room in their home or on the terrace. We had so much fun chatting with Ali’s family in the evening. Lovely local people . Thanks
