It is upstairs which might not suit some, but it is beautifully furnished and super clean. We found the location exceplenty and we weren't bothered by noise. The bed was comfortable with lovely sheets and pillows. The iron and ironing board and the hair dryer were well used as we were going to a wedding! All in all a very enjoyable stay.

It is situated 2.4 km from Len Lye Centre and provides private check-in and check-out. The property is non-smoking and is located less than 1 km from Yarrow Stadium. We loved how quiet and private this lovely place was.The setting and the view were exceptional. The indoor/outdoor flow was great. The walk into the city centre only took 30mins or so and though the property is elevated, the walk back wasn't a hard climb. Mary is delightful and provided all we needed.

The bed and breakfast offers rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Simple, well laid out room with very comfortable bed. Quiet, clean and of good value for the money. We did not pay for breakfast, so cannot comment on that. Air conditioner worked well, which made sleeping much easier. Would definitely recommend to others who are traveling on a budget or don't feel the need for big expensive hotel rooms.

Housed in a building dating from 1950, this bed and breakfast is 14 km from Pukekura Park and 14 km from Puke Ariki. The property is non-smoking and is set 13 km from Te Rewa Rewa Bridge. The view from the veranda over the adjacent farm at sunset was beautiful, and the host was very friendly. The unit was very clean and tidy, had everything you needed, including a full kitchen (even an air fryer!).

Pukekura Park is 17 km from the bed and breakfast and Puke Ariki is 18 km away. feels like home! very cosy, very clean, fully equipped with everything one might need. But the best about staying there is lovely host Mary, who makes this place so wonderful and special! I wish I could have stayed longer and shared more conversations!
