Great facility for families if you have a group of people. We loved that there were weber barbecues placed between units for guests to use. Our room was clean and very comfortable,the beds were super comfy and we loved the option of a ceiling fan or the heat pump. Friendly inviting staff, and we loved that their were activities for our 4 year old to do as we were staying over the Easter weekend. We've now been to Tasman holiday parks in Rotirua and Papamoa, and would love to visit others around the country because we've had good experiences so far.

we are totally conquered to this lovely and luxurious Gate House. In addition to the nice owner Gail and Chris, the two well trained dogs, Mabel and Nelson are always warmly welcome any guests. We are planning our next trip to stay here again.

Gated residence, beautifully decorated and with all the amenities and more. Spacious rooms, lots of storage space, really a dream home. Lots of eateries nearby and short drives to all the main attractions in Rotorua. Host Michael was very gracious and helpful. Would highly recommend it.
