The location was perfect. It was only a 5min walk to Queen street and a 10 - 15 min walk to the Viaduct. The staff were incredibly helpful and professional, always ensuring that we had a comfortable stay. The room itself as a great size and extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was fantastic - especially enjoyed the different lighting options and rain shower. We were offered complimentary water every day and it was also a bonus that it's connected to the Sky Tower.

Self laundry service was very useful to wash all our clothes before our next destination. The staff was very attentive and answered all our questions. The restaurant meals were tasty for both breakfast and dinner. The hotel could hold our luggages for several days until our return for another night in the hotel.

The motel and apartments are built on an elevated site with extensive views to the city and harbour at the front and a tree lined valley at the rear. The apartments feature modern furniture, quality appliances, flat-screen TV’S and full kitchens and laundry facilities. The property is equipped with secure covered parking and lifts to all floors. Electric car-charging is available on site, with prior booking at the reception required. Apartment was very clean. The location is good as it is just a two minute walk to some nice eateries. Supermarket is also nearby.
