The motel and apartments are built on an elevated site with extensive views to the city and harbour at the front and a tree lined valley at the rear. The apartments feature modern furniture, quality appliances, flat-screen TV’S and full kitchens and laundry facilities. The property is equipped with secure covered parking and lifts to all floors. Electric car-charging is available on site, with prior booking at the reception required. In a cute little neighbourhood with lots of restaurants, cafés, a supermarket and more all within walking distance. We had a car, so getting around was easy; most places in the city like the CBD, Parnell, Takapuna Beach and Albany were about 10–40 minutes away (even with traffic jam). The place had heaps of amenities too: dishwasher, oven, induction stove, microwave, washing machine, dryer, etc. Really felt like a little home away from home. The bathroom floor and towel rack were heated, which was a nice touch, and the water pressure was pretty great. Everything was super clean! The A/C worked well, and the view was great! The air was so fresh and clean.

Guests can enjoy a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants in the surrounding area. Stayed at the 12th level, great harbour view, location is my favourite, near Viaduct harbour, with all restaurants and shops within minutes. Comfortable bed, spacious room, delicious breakfast, especially the eggs plating, that was better than high end restaurants.
