The motel and apartments are built on an elevated site with extensive views to the city and harbour at the front and a tree lined valley at the rear. In a cute little neighbourhood with lots of restaurants, cafés, a supermarket and more all within walking distance. We had a car, so getting around was easy; most places in the city like the CBD, Parnell, Takapuna Beach and Albany were about 10–40 minutes away (even with traffic jam). The place had heaps of amenities too: dishwasher, oven, induction stove, microwave, washing machine, dryer, etc. Really felt like a little home away from home. The bathroom floor and towel rack were heated, which was a nice touch, and the water pressure was pretty great. Everything was super clean! The A/C worked well, and the view was great! The air was so fresh and clean.

The room was fantastic with great views. The restaurant was convenient and very good value.
