In most of the time, you will need to go to a slightly remote area. The balcony facing west when normally aurora spread from north to south. You can walk a bit in the neighbourhood but behind the apartment, there's a hill that will block the way. Again, it might not always happened likat what I describe. The kitchen has most of the essentials, unfortunately, no coffee (which is usually considered essential when renting an apartment). Also some of the stuff (like pan or oven) were quite dirty (burnt food which was not cleaned properly), but plates, glasses etc were ok. There's also a washing machine in the bathroom and it also has heated floor, so in winter it was really nice. And the snowy views from the window were definitely awesome.
