This little gem is, without question, one of the best boutique hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like true VIPs, a level of service that speaks volumes. The genius behind this operation is clearly the owner, Marloes van de Wiel. Her vision is evident in every corner, creating a coherent and high-quality design that is simply stunning. The attention to detail here is immaculate. What truly elevates Hotel Ryder is the perfect balance struck between its beautiful historical site and striking modernity. The renovation honors the building's history while offering every conceivable luxury and contemporary aesthetic—a difficult feat achieved flawlessly. Finally, the food and beverage quality was truly fantastic. Dining here was a highlight, rivaling the culinary experience of far larger, established luxury chains. We highly recommend Hotel Ryder to anyone visiting the Netherlands. It offers five-star quality in an intimate setting. We will most definitely be coming back.

For us it is the perfect resting place after long travel. The house is beautiful and very cosy. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and have excellent beds. The breakfast is excellent and beautifully laid out. You eat in peace and quiet next to your own room. This is a great place to book if you have a pet. You can walk out to the quiet countryside straight from the door. I highly recommend this cozy lovely B&B

A beautiful converted dairy in a small village , next to a working windmill, what’s not to like ,😀 there is a pub/restaurant and a small take a way food shop. There is also a world class equestrian site . We opted to have breakfast there wasn’t a choice but we had fresh fruit with yogurt ,bolied egg with a section of cheese and meat and assorted bread and pastries all served with a choice of tea or coffees . The B&B de oude melkfabriek were extremely accommodating as we made a short notice booking with them as the B n B we had previously booked which was on our tour route unfortunately became flooded and they had to cancel our stay . This B&B is also a short drive or a long walk to Achel Monastery where there is a shop and restaurant. Although you will find a lot of places are closed on a Monday .
