Parking is available in Miss Blanche’s private underground garage, only a 2-minute walk to the hotel. We stayed on the ground floor in a 60 m² apartment that felt like a house – fully equipped kitchen, perfect for a big family. The location is central, daily cleaning was great, and the staff solved issues very well (late check-in, invoices adapted to our needs). The apartment “3-1” was really excellent.

Set in a 15th-century building, Prinsenhof offers individually decorated rooms. It features the Prinsenhof Gardens, a renaissance-style courtyard with a landscaped rose and herb garden.

The modern rooms at Prinsenhof include a seating area with a flat-screen TV. A minibar with complimentary drinks and snacks and an Nespresso machine are in each. Some have wooden-beamed ceilings, while others offer views of the garden or Martini Tower. Everything is clean and the staff is very professional and friendly. The beds are really something special. Attention to good quality mattress and bedding makes for a perfect night’s rest.

Housed in a building dating from 19th century, this bed and breakfast is 18 km from Martini Tower and 3.4 km from Noord Nederlandse Golf. When staying at the bed and breakfast, guests can use private entrance. Very friendly and helpful hosts, beautiful stylish studio and fantastic breakfast!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Smaakvol Slochteren, I will certainly stay here again during my next visit to Groningen! Comfortable bed, nice room, excellent breakfast and I could even sit and relax in the garden. Ellen was so attentive and helpful in giving tips and suggestions, making the stay so nice! I stayed here for four nights and during one of the days they offered me to use one of the bicycles so I could explore the area by bike and enjoy the countryside of Groningen during a nice sunny day. Also the tip regarding a local garden center was excellent. Big thanks!

Ark van Thesinge is situated in Thesinge and has a heated pool and garden views. This bed and breakfast features free private parking and free shuttle service. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. Really, everything! The hosts were so incredibly thoughtful and kind. The breakfast was truly amazing and our accommodations were beautiful and so very comfortable. The location itself was perfect: we were able to experience a peaceful and charming village with a historical windmill while also only being 20 minutes away from a larger city.
