The facilities are top notch and the location is very near to the Sossusvlei park gate. The BF and Dinner options at the Sossusvlei lodge was amazing. The sunset from the Camp is the highlight. Overall a wonderful and memorable stay.

Guests can enjoy a meal at an outdoor dining area at the campground. Was very secluded, you had your own area, toilet and shower. We stayed at the ‘pigeonhole’ and it was great. Very well looked after, good all around!

Set 43 km from Sesriem Canyon, Little Sossus Campsite has a year-round outdoor pool, free WiFi, and free private parking for guests who drive.

A minimarket is available at the campground. Great and very clean camp. Loved our one day stop there. Thank you!

Set in Solitaire, Camp Gecko - PRIVATE NATURE RESERVE; TENTED CAMP AND CAMPSITE offers accommodation with seating area. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Guests can access the campground via private entrance. Camp Gecko is one of the best memories of our trip! The setting of the large, comfortable tents in the quiet of the desert; the fantastic dinner braai packs with venison steak, salad, home-made bread and even a dessert (as we were not set up for camping, we were given crockery to use for our meal); the swim in the fish pond/pool with mountains in the background; the long shared breakfast table, where we met interesting fellow travellers. The owner Anna and Ernst at reception, who were both lovely, and the beer in the fridge there which was always cold :). We are seriously considering going back there for a longer stay!

Desert Hills Lodge is situated 35.9 km from the Sossusvlei and Sesriem section of the Namib Naukluft National Park. The staff are very friendly, the food is good quality, and there is an excellent selection of wines.

The place is absolutely stunning — the design is unique, with so much attention to detail. The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. Everything felt truly pampering, and the property is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The staff really take care of everything you might need. We were on our honeymoon, and they surprised us with a lovely handwritten card in the room — such a thoughtful gesture that shows how much they care about the little details. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Don’t miss it! And at night, the sky full of stars is just magical.

Located on the C19, We Kebi Safari Lodge offers accommodation 88 km west of Maltahohe in the Hardap Region. This property offers panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.

Each of the free-standing, thatch-roof chalets at We Kebi have a private pavilion and an en suite bathroom with a a bath and/or a shower. Hot water is provided by eco-friendly solar heating. Amazing, tranquil place to stay. Obviously quite a drive from anywhere else but it’s worth it. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast are like meals at home (nothing fancy but straight to the heart).

Located on a desert reserve between Sesriem and Solitaire, Soft Adventure Camp offers chalet accommodation for nature enthusiasts, just 30 minutes drive away from Namib-Naukluft National Park.

Overlooking the plains, the spacious and rustic-style chalets have a fixed structure with canvas partitions. Each is equipped with a small patio, a shower, a fan, linen and towels. We had an amazing stay here. When we arrived we actually got upgraded into the Namib Naukluft Lodge, which is just around the corner and has the same owners. Staff was absolutely wonderful and super helpful. Dinner was superb and very healthy. Eating under the stars in absolute quiet and tranquility was an amazing experience!

Solitaire Mountain Lodge offers views of the Namib Desert and the Naukluft Mountains. It features 1 outdoor pool, a garden and a restaurant.

The African themed rooms are fitted with air conditioning and offer views of the indigenous garden. The private bathroom comes with a shower and towels. Everything ! The location and atmosphere is outstanding

These spacious, air-conditioned bungalows feature warm décor and local touches. Situated near the Naukluft Mountain Zebra Park, the lodge has an outdoor swimming pool with a shaded seating area.

Each of the units at Agama Lodge has a deck area with views of the Naukluft Mountains. They also include a writing area, and a private bathroom with a shower. Warm welcome, amazing view from the cottage, good food and not too far from the gate if Sossusvlei. We also did appreciate the option to sleep on the roof looking to the stars.
